Useful information

Students are required to fill in all the fields in the application form with specific and valid data.
Please ensure that information provided is accurate as no change is allowed post submission of application.
The enclosures to be uploaded as part of the application processes are:
- Photograph: Recent Passport size photograph must be in JPG format with dimension of 200×260 px and size of less than 100kb.
- Signature: Must be in JPG format with dimension of 300×60 px and size of less than 100kb.
- Transcript: Must be in PDF format (size of less than 200kb).
- Resume: Must be in PDF format (size of less than 200kb).
- Bonafide Certificate: Must be in Prescribed format in PDF (size of less than 200kb).

- Identity Card: Must be in PDF format (size of less than 200kb).
- Mark/Grade sheets, certificates and documents starting from Matriculation onwards: Must be in PDF format with each size of less than 200kb.
- Any other relevant documents & certificates related to educational and professional experience: Must be in PDF format (each size of less than 200kb).
After submission of your application at this portal, you can use your registered Email ID and Password to login at the IIT Bhubaneswar Internship Programme Portal at http://webapps.iitbbs.ac.in/internship-application/
The portal will enable you to print the application form and view status of the application.
After successful submission of your application online, your application number will be displayed. Please make a note of the same and include this number in all future communications. The number will also be available in your User Page.
After online submission, print a hard-copy of the completed application form (the online portal will allow you to print after successful electronic submission of your application). Attach all relevant enclosures and submit the application packet to the respective Office of the Schools at the time of joining (if selected for the internship programme).
Please check the status of your application in regular intervals for update.
