Information for Authors (Accepted Oral or Poster papers):
Note: Both oral and poster will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
Instructions for preparation and submission of final manuscript:
Step 1: Camera ready manuscript should not exceed 6 pages in length (NO BIOGRAPHY AT END), and should use IEEE template (Click here to download the template)
Insert Copyright Notice in Manuscript : All papers should contain the appropriate copyright clearance code notice at the bottom of the first page, according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceedings.
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright.
The following latex commands can be used to insert the IEEE copyright notice (which is listed in the last bullet above) in your paper.
Add these before the "\maketitle" command

Step 2: The paper should be converted to IEEE compatible pdf format by using IEEE pdf express available at the link http://www.pdf-express.org Use Conference ID: 38291XP. If you do not have account in PdfeXpress, click "New Users - Click here" in their website and fill in the required informations. To know more about PdfeXpress Click Here
Step 3: Submit the final version of the camera ready paper (after verifying its IEEE pdf compatibility through PDF eXpress check) before due submission deadline in EDAS.
Step 4: Submission of the copyright form: The copyright form is available here (Download PDF) . Please take the printout of the form, fill in the details (Complete list of Authors, Paper Title) and sign (one of the authors) wherever it is required and scan it and convert it into pdf. Scanned copyright form should be send to email address npsc2016@iitbbs.ac.in, please use subject of EMAIL AS COPYRIGHT_XX, where XX= EDAS PAPER ID. Note: Also upload the scanned copyright form through EDAS ACCOUNT before submitting the camera ready manuscript.
Author Registration:
1. In order to include the accepted paper in the final program and the proceedings, at least one author must register separately for each accepted paper on or before 31st Oct., 2016. Please note that one registration fee will cover only one paper
2. Accepted papers without registration, copyright form, and camera ready manuscript will not appear either in the final program or in the proceedings
3. Use your email as provided in EDAS as login name and password which is sent to you through email (if you have not received the password, please contact npsc2016@iitbbs.ac.in), enter the EDAS PAPER ID for which you want to do the registration.
4. After payment of the registration fee, save the proof of the payment as a pdf file of size less than 2MB (scanned copy of the DD or online transaction receipt). Click Here to go to the registration page
